Roof Cleaning
Roof cleaning done once per year unless sealed, then cleaned every 3 years. Tile/Metal roofs
House Wash
Exterior house wash done once per year.
Window/Slider Cleaning Exterior
Exterior window and slider cleaning done twice per year.
HVAC Air Duct/Dryer Vent Cleaning
Cleaning and Deodorizer of the HVAC duct system and cleaning of the dryer vent.
This will be done once per year.
Exterior Dust Removal
Exterior dusting of high stucco areas, soffits, cages and lanais will be done during pest control visit.
Garbage Can Cleaning
The garbage can and recyclable will be cleaned quarterly. This will take place the same day after the trash is picked up.
HVAC Maintenance, Drain Line Cleaning and Filter Change
2 HVAC Maintenance, drain line clean and filter changes and 2 drain line clean and filter changes. This will be done quarterly.
Minor Stucco Crack Repairs
Cracks will be sealed with expandable sealant used for masonry and then the paint touched up. This will be done once per year.
Trimming of Palms and Hardwoods
Trimming palms and lower branches on hardwood trees once per year. This will be an additional service to the HOA provided service thus giving you two tree trimmings a year instead of one which is highly recommended for the care of these types of trees and beautification of the property.
Tankless and Conventional Water Heater Cleaning
Water heater clean, this should be cleaned every year as recommended by the manufacturer's warranty. This would be Tankless or Tank. This will be done once per year.
Exterior Pest Control, Ant, Rodent and Termite Monitoring
Exterior applications of an environmentally safe spray to help effectively keep the pest away. Ants, rodent and termite stations will be monitored. and addressed as needed. This will be done 5x a year.
Gutter Maintenance
Gutter maintenance will be done once per year to seal leaking seams in the gutter.
